Citadel Photography uses this site to privately deliver client media, present invoices, and collect payments. Gallery links are unlisted, but anyone who receives a link may be able to view its contents.

Information we use

Staff accounts store an email address, optional name, a securely derived password record, and session information. When a staff member chooses Google sign-in, we use Google's verified account identifier, email address, and display name only to authenticate that approved staff account.

Payments and client records

Gallery and client records may include business contact information, invoice details, photos, and videos. Card payments are processed by Stripe. This site does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Sharing and retention

Information is used only to operate Citadel Photography's delivery workflow and the services required for hosting, authentication, storage, and payment processing. Staff may remove galleries and media when they are no longer needed.
